Academic Affairs Assessment Team Goals 

The AAAT is a faculty-led and management-supported multidisciplinary task force with members from the College of Arts & Sciences, the College of Education and Human Services, the College of Business, and the College of Special Programs & Student Services. The AAAT also has ex-officio members from the management and the Student Senate. 

The overarching goals of the AAAT are:

  1. Expand the culture of assessment across academic departments.
  2. Enhance the conceptual framework of assessment with a protocol that guides departments in the assessment process.
  3. Augment the use of assessment results to improve the students’ learning experience.
  4. Facilitate faculty training on assessment of student learning outcomes across academic departments.
