NSFThis National Science Foundation (NSF) funded program includes research on gender equity issues, and seeks to improve recruitment, retention, and advancement of female faculty in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) academic disciplines.

STEM-UP PA programs include:

  • OASIS Leadership and Professional Development Program 
  • Mentoring Network 
  • Recruitment and Selection for a Diverse Faculty workshops 
  • Research on Gender Equity Climate
