- Responsible for coordinating all set-ups, equipment, sound and lighting requirements for a meetings and events
- Serve as the primary supervisor for the Graduate Assistant for the University Union & Student Activities (CUB)
- Facilitates the weekly CUB Operations meeting which includes, Custodial Services, Managers for Operations & Equipment Crew, Administrative
