The Career Center proudly follows the National Association of Colleges and Employers "Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals" and expects employers to adhere to these policies. In addition, the office has developed a comprehensive "Recruitment and Employment Guidelines/a>>/>>/>>/>" to serve as a guide in approving employers, job postings, and promoting opportunities to Shippensburg University students and alumni.
By participating in on-campus recruitment, you have the opportunity to review resumes and pre-select candidates to interview for internships and full-time positions with your organization. Private interview rooms are available for you to use throughout the day. This service continues to be a popular service provided to employers.
