Six Sigma is a highly disciplined and rigorous improvement methodology that helps organizations to achieve optimal performance in its operations. This training will introduce professionals to the five steps of the Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control (DMAIC) methodology and the many statistical tools used in the implementation of Six Sigma.
Green Belts typically perform the Measure and Analyze steps as they work on Six Sigma Projects administered by Black Belts so this training will concentrate on those two steps. Using case studies, learn to identify gaps in performance and prioritize opportunities to improve performance, create solutions, develop and deploy implementation plans, and prevent returning to former practices
