Professionals in social work and other human services will inevitably work with families that have members with disabilities. Please join us to learn more about working with this population.
Presenter:
Dr. Marita Flagler
Dr. Flagler has 26 years experience in this area. She received her MSW and Ph.D. degrees from the Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. In 2006, she joined the faculty of the Department of Social Work and Gerontology at Shippensburg University where she has taught various courses in the BSW and MSW programs.
Continuing Education Credit:
This workshop has been approved for three continuing education hours. Shippensburg University has been designated as a pre-approved provider of professional education for social workers by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, marriage and family therapists and professional counselors (Pa Code 47.34)
Cost: FREE to Current Field Instructors or $25 for non-Field Instructors.
