YOU MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CLASS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DROP. DO NOT ENTER MORE THAN ONE CLASS REQUEST ON A SINGLE FORM.

ONCE YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM, IT MUST BE MANUALLY PROCESSED BY VARIOUS OFFICES AT SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY (SU). YOU SHOULD EXPECT A DELAY OF 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS BETWEEN THE TIME YOU SUBMIT THE FORM AND THE TIME YOU ARE ACTUALLY DROPPED FROM THE CLASS IN MyShip (Banner) AND D2L. YOUR DROP DATE AND REFUND WILL BE THE DATE ON WHICH YOU SUBMITTED THIS FORM, NOT THE LATER DATE ON WHICH YOUR PAPERWORK IS PROCESSED BY ONE OF SU'S OFFICES. (FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU SUBMITTED YOUR DROP REQUEST ON JULY 4 BUT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PAPERWORK IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL JULY 6, THE DROP DATE APPLIED TO YOUR RECORD WILL BE JULY 4.) YOU SHOULD EXPECT A DELAY OF SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER YOU FIRST SUBMITTED YOUR DROP REQUEST BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.
