Up 'til Dawn
Up 'til Dawn is a collegiate based fundraising program in support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Up 'til Dawn took place on more than 180 different college and university campuses last year.
St. Jude is the world's premiere childhood cancer research institute, founded by the late actor Danny Thomas in Memphis, TN in 1962. The mission of the hospital is to find treatments and cures for childhood catastrophic diseases. The research conducted at the hospital is shared freely with scientists and doctors all around the world for free. St. Jude is a hospital free of charge to anyone who qualifies for treatment. It does not discriminate based on race, religion, ethnic, or economic background.
You can get involved by getting joining or creating a letter-writing team this fall! Look for information on campus, at the activities fair, at your club and organization meetings, or contact the Executive Board directly at uptildawn@ship.edu.
