Professional Certification
Trainer, from the International Power Access Federation (IPAF). Certified to train operators, demonstrators, and trainers in safety issues. Program consisted of 40 hours of training and testing held at the JLG Industries facility in Manchester, England, March, 2002.
Mediator, from the National Center Associates, National Center for Collaborative Planning and Community Services. Program included a 40 hour course and a 40 hour examination. I have also served as an intern trainee at the Citizen’s Dispute Settlement Program of Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, FL, Spring Semester, 1985.
