State Employee Assistance Program (SEAP)

Get Confidential Help with Life's Concerns

University employees and their family members can receive free, confidential assistance for a wide range of personal and/or work-related concerns through the State Employee Assistance Program (SEAP).

SEAP provides you and your family members confidential assistance with a broad range of problems, including feelings of depression, stress, grief, burnout, marital or parenting issues, or problems with alcohol or drugs. You can also get help finding childcare, caring for elderly parents or a disabled dependent, or resolving financial, legal or other concerns. SEAP can provide you with up to three sessions free of charge to evaluate and refer you for continued counseling or assistance services when you feel a need to talk with someone about a problem or concern.
