Whether you are continuing your education or coming back to graduate school, becoming a residence director at SHIP will give you the experience and training to be successful in the student affairs field.
Residence directors are also part-time graduate students in the University's School of Graduate Studies. Preference is given to those students enrolled in the Department of Counseling, specifically in the College Student Personnel. This is a separate selection process.
