REQUEST TO CANCEL HOUSING AGREEMENT

 

This form is to be used by students who wish to cancel their housing agreement.  The deadline for students starting in the fall semester is July 1.  The deadline for students starting in the spring semester is December 1.  The $200 deposit is non-refundable.  After the deadlines, students must request to be released from the housing agreement if they wish to be let out of their housing agreement.

I understand that new freshman, transfer, and returning students who have paid their deposits by the deadlines will be given first preference for housing on campus.  If I request housing again, I understand that on campus housing accommodations may not be available.

I understand that if I cancel prior to the provided deadlines, I will forfeit the $200 deposit.  After July 1 or December 1, I will be responsible for any housing fees per the housing agreement.
