Instructions for completing an online agreement

 The online agreement for returning students is available! 

Go to:  www.ship.edu
Click:  My Info (tab)
Select: myShip
Enter your secure information
Click: Student   Ship Life
Complete:  Housing Agreement

Housing Deposit Payment

On the next screen you can click on a button and pay by e-check or credit card (Visa is not accepted).
The payment screens for these payments will come up to make your payment. After you are finished you can log out.

If you wish to pay by cash or a paper check (payable to Shippensburg University) come to Old Main 210 for a paper agreement card.  Cash payments will be processed at the Student Accounts Office after picking up the agreement card.   


Completing $200 Housing Deposit 2012-2013  

• The University will not accept or process any deposits mailed to University offices.  Deposits not paid online must be paid in person by the student at the Housing Office in Old Main 210. 

• Housing deposits for 2012-2013 agreements will be applied to the Spring Semester 2013 bill. Deposits will be forfeited as stated in the housing agreement and the cancellation guidelines.
•  Students will have the option of paying online with an e-check or credit card.  Credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees.

• Students can pay by paper check or cash in person by February 7, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Housing Office Old Main 210.  Credit cards cannot be accepted in the Student Accounts Office.  Payment by credit card can only be made online. 

• University housing will not be guaranteed for students who have not signed a housing agreement and paid the deposit by 3:00 p.m. on February 7, 2012.  Due to limited space on campus, once all spaces for returning students are filled, students turning in deposits/agreements will be placed on the waiting list.  Off campus students may not submit a deposit at this time, but are permitted to join the waiting list.
