Completing $100 Housing Deposit 2010-2011

• The University will not accept or process any deposits mailed to University offices.  Deposits not paid online must be paid in person by the student at the Student Accounts Office in Old Main 210.
  
  E-mails will be sent to students who applied and were approved for Stone Ridge Commons.  Approved students must sign the online agreement and pay a $100 housing deposit by January 27, 2010. No deposits will be accepted before January 25, 2010. Housing deposits for 2010-2011 agreements will be applied to the Spring Semester bill. Deposits will be forfeited as stated in the housing agreement and the cancellation guidelines.

• Students will have the option of paying online with an e-check or credit card.  Credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees.

• Students can pay by paper check or cash in person by February 5, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Student Accounts Office Room 100.  Credit cards cannot be accepted in the Student Accounts Office.  Payment by credit card can only be made online.

• University housing will not be guaranteed for students who have not signed a housing agreement and paid the deposit by 4:00 p.m. on February 5, 2010.

When to Pay Deposit

Stone Ridge Commons students must pay the $100 housing deposit on January 26th and 27th. If the agreement and housing deposit are not completed by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27th the entire application will be rejected. Students will receive an e-mail if they are accepted to Stone Ridge Commons. If a student is notified he/she is responsible to verify that all roommates have received the acceptance e-mail and make the agreement and deposit on time.

Seavers Apartment Complex and Traditional Hall Students will sign the housing agreement online January 25, 2010 through February 5, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.  If the agreement and housing deposit are not completed by Friday, February 5, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. a student is not guaranteed housing for the 2010-2011 academic year.
