IDDS Support - Course Creation and Troubleshooting

The director and staff of the IDDS department are available to help with your course creation needs. Our web site is full of tips and tricks that will help you with University Supported software and D2L and also contains the latest information on available workshops including a monthly workshop schedule. We will work with you as a department, in a regularly scheduled workshop or on a one-to-one basis to assist you in creating your course materials. Video Projects - Media Services

Media Services provides help with producing video projects. Media Services has the capability to assist in the production and editing of video tapes, from simple editing to the complete production of in-house finished videos. With the help of Michael Yoh, the graduate assistant, or a number of trained student workers, Media Services can help in the scripting, storyboarding, recording, and editing of video productions. Classroom Resources - Ezra Lehman Library Faculty

The faculty and staff at Ezra Lehman Library offers a wide-range of services to faculty including help with reference questions, assistance locating materials, workshops and class discussions on plagiarism, library skills instruction, help reserving materials and electronic reserve materials for class use, and they provide photocopying services for non-circulating materials owned by Shippensburg University library.
