21 credit hours are required to complete the minor program.
Study abroad and study of a foreign language are highly encouraged, but not required for the minor. Language and foreign study enhance the ability to function effectively in other countries, and increase employability in international professions.
Students should take this course as soon as possible after declaring the minor.
Students must take 2 of the following 4 courses.
Electives need to be in at least 2 disciplines. Two of the electives must be at the 300- level or higher. †Courses used to meet the core course requirement cannot double count as minor electives. *Requires an appropriate topic and an Exception Form signed by the Director of International Studies for approval.
