Golden Apple Lab for Art
Augmentation of the Golden Apple Art Computer lab expanding opportunities in graphic arts, desktop publishing, illustration, photo manipulation, animation, video, web development, and painting book-arts for students across multiple disciplines. Additional color large-format printing device will enable finished product production on a larger scale.
AMICO Subscription
Art Museum Image Consortium subscription which enables all SU students to access an extensive educational database of many museums collections of art and multimedia. The subscription will be managed online thru the library.
Microscopy/Imaging lab/Slow scan for Biology
Acquisition of hardware and software for microscopic digital image handling, analysis, and printing with the purpose of expanding research opportunities for biology students.
Presentation stations for Biology
Smart technology installed in the classroom for visual and audio presentation enhancement. Includes the ability to tie DVD, Internet, and Computer audio/visual aids together into one management console for presentation of course materials.
Presentation stations and 3D projection for Chemistry
Provides visualization of chemistry from the simplest organic molecule to large complex bio-molecules such as DNA. The 3-D visualization system greatly enhances chemistry lectures by enabling students to view molecules and they naturally occur three dimensionally.
Blue Tooth Lab for Computer Science
Augment the current Computer Science program offering of palm-device programming to include Bluetooth connectivity. The goal is to provide new experience for software engineering projects that combine palm programming with the intricacies of blue-tooth communication.
Robotics Lab for Computer Science
Purchase of equipment specifically in support of course work involving computer software development for robotics.

This is the premier Distance Education room on campus used by the MBA program. The LCD screen helps facilitate classroom interaction with other video connected classrooms.
Smart Classroom upgrades for Education Department: Classrooms in Shippen Hall
Numerous computer and A/V upgrades were installed in classrooms in Shippen to assist faculty in presenting course material to education majors.
