Juan Williams, acclaimed author and political analyst, is guest speaker Feb. 19 at Shippensburg University's annual Helping Our People Excel (H.O.P.E.) Diversity Scholarship benefit program. The annual program commemorates Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday and raises funds for the scholarship, formerly called the Gifted Minority Scholarship. |
