Susquehanna Chorale to perform Oct. 24
The Susquehanna Chorale will perform at 3 p.m. Oct. 24 in Old Main Chapel at Shippensburg University. The free program is open to the public.
Founded in 1981, the Susquehanna Chorale has emerged as one of the outstanding choral ensembles in the United States. The 35-voice choir is recognized for its commitment to excellence and its artistic interpretation of works from many styles and periods. In addition to performing regularly with the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra, the chorale co-sponsors the Central Pennsylvania Choral Festival that brings internationally known conductors to our area. It is known for its outreach program for area students in grades 3 through 12.
