Poet
to present reading, presentation March 13
Ryan
Teitman, the Spring 2013 Visiting Poet, will give a presentation and a poetry
reading at Shippensburg University March 13. Both events are free and open to
the public.
At 2
p.m. in Dauphin Humanities Center 004, he will have a question and answer
session on writing and publishing. At 5 p.m., he will give a poetry reading in Dauphin
Humanities Center 051.
Teitman
is author of Litany for the City which earned the A. Poulin Jr. Poetry Prize. His
poems have appeared in Ninth Letter, Sycamore Review, The Southern Review and
other journals. A former Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, he is
the Emerging Writer Lecturer at Gettysburg College.
The
