Welcome to the Shippensburg New Student Orientation webpage! Summer is almost here, which means Summer Orientation is about to kick off. Your Summer Orientation date can be found by pressing the Welcome tab. Please make certain that you register and pick up Orientation materials in the Ceddia Union Building (CUB) between 7:00am and 8:30 am. Opening session will begin promptly at 8:45am. Why did you choose Shippensburg?: Of the schools I got recruited to play basketball for, Shippensburg was the school where I felt most at home. I fell in love with the campus and it was the hardest to its flaws.
What is you favorite thing that Ship has to offer?: The immense amount of opportunities for leadership. Ship students are molded into leaders everyday in the areas they possess passion.
What is your advice to incoming students?: Sit front and center in all of your classes to eliminate as many distractions as possible (and avoid falling asleep) and so that it is easier to get to know your professors as I'm sure you'll be participating actively in class. Get to know your professors; they are great people that want to help you!
