The Institute for Public Service and Office of Sponsored Programs administers all policies and procedures concerning external funding for research and scholarly activities. Housed in Old Main, the Institute for Public Service and Office of Sponsored Programs provides a wide range of services for faculty, staff and students, including information about grant funding opportunities, writing grant applications, developing grant budgets, receiving institutional endorsements, preparing grant applications for transmittal to funding agencies, and developing policies and programs to support research and scholarly activities

The Institute for Public Service is located on the second floor of Old Main in Room 202. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
