Drop/Withdraw From Last Class Request Form

Use this form for: 
  1.  All Summer and Winter Courses (Both Graduate and Undergraduate)
  2.  All Graduate students regardless of term
  3.  All Non-Degree students regardless of term

IMPORTANT NOTE: Undergraduate students and first-semester freshmen may NOT use this form for Fall or Spring terms.  Undergraduate students and first-semester freshmen must contact their Academic Dean to drop/withdraw from their last class during Fall and Spring terms.  See: University Directory 

This form should only be used by students who are dropping/withdrawing from their last enrolled class in a given semester. Students should use myShip to drop/withdrawal from a class while remaining enrolled in at least one course.

Once you submit this form, it must be manually processed by various offices at Shippensburg University (SU). 

You should expect a delay of 3 to 4 business days between the time you submit the form and you are dropped from the class in myShip (Banner) and D2L. 

Your drop date will be the date on which you submitted the form, not the later date on which the form was processed by SU’s offices.  (For example, if you submitted your drop request on December 24 but the form was processed on January 2, the drop date applied to your record will be December 24.)

Please read the university refund policy before submitting your withdrawal form.  NO refunds will be issued for withdrawn courses.  Refunds are only issued for full withdrawals from the university if the withdrawal date is within the refund period and in accordance with the university refund policy.  If you are due a refund, you should expect a delay of several weeks after the form is submitted before you receive your refund.
