Robin Burtner

Robin has a M.B.A and M.A. in Higher Education Administration. Business Consulting, educational programs coordination, budget coordination, reporting and website management are among her job assignments in the SBDC. Robin has earned the Small Business Administration Export
Counselor Certification and is available on assisting businesses that are interested in exporting.
Charles J. Haney

Charles Haney has a BS in Environmental Resource Management and a MS in Environmental Science and Management. As an environmental consultant, his duties include assisting businesses with environmental compliance and energy efficiency.
Michael H. Unruh

Michael Unruh is the founding director of the Shippensburg University SBDC and has been with the Center since it opened in January 2007. Mike was an entrepreneur in the construction industry with over ten years of small business management experience before moving into the university setting. He holds bachelors and masters degrees from James Madison University and a doctorate from the University of Delaware.

Cheryl has a BS degree in marketing from Penn State University. She and her husband havebeen business owners in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. As a business consultant she is responsible for assisting entrepreneurs, conducting workshops and coordinating intern duties.
All services are provided by our staff of highly qualified consultants. The Shippensburg University SBDC also taps the expertise of industry experts, successful entrepreneurs, and other business professionals to deliver its educational programs.
