Named to the 2011-12 Capital One Academic All-District Team. First SU softball player to receive an Academic All-District citation since 2006. An All-PSAC outfielder in 2012 and the first Shippensburg athlete to be honored with a PSAC Champion Scholar award, Hilary has maintained a perfect 4.0 grade-point average through 61 completed credits.
After serving as the team’s primary pinch runner during her freshman season, she paced the club in 2012 with 25 runs scored. She was a valuable on-base threat no matter where she was in the lineup – finishing the year with a .330 batting average, 38 hits and five RBIs while going 10-for-10 in stolen base attempts. Against PSAC Eastern Division opponents, Hilary led the Raiders with a .356 batting average.
