The Purchasing and Contracting Office supports Shippensburg University's roles of education, research, and public service by procuring all goods, services, and construction required by the University in an effective, efficient, timely, and ethical manner; utilizing prudent business practices, while also ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
