Graduate Student Association Board

The Graduate Student Association Board (GSAB) is an organization for graduate students at Shippensburg University to seek out and promote harmonious relationships among graduate students, faculty and administrators. The organization provides the opportunity for graduate students to express and ensure student rights, privileges and responsibilities as members of the campus community.

More than 1,300 graduate students at Shippensburg are invited to become involved in the organization by sharing feedback or concerns with the GSAB leadership, attend monthly meetings and participate in semester socials. Graduate students also have the opportunity to become student representatives on university committees.

For more information, visit the GSAB webpage.

In the past, graduate students within the Communication Studies program have served on countless university committees, as well as serving in the GSAB leadership. Taking part in campus organizations, serving on university committees and/or taking part in campus leadership roles provide students with attractive resumé material.
