Students registering for all other off-campus courses follow guidelines below. 

You are encouraged to register early to ensure space availability. Registration for the course must be completed no later than one week (7 calendar days) before the course is scheduled to begin. There is no application fee for any of the courses!

Payment is due no later than one week (7 calendar days) before the course is scheduled to begin. You will not receive a bill. If your registration and payment information are not received by the deadline, a $25.00 late fee will be charged.

You may use VISA or MasterCard.

You may print an invoice and send it with a personal check made payable to Shippensburg University to:

If you are a Shippensburg University student receiving financial aid for the summer, print invoice and send with a copy of your summer financial aid award to the above address.

You may send a letter from your employer (on official letterhead) giving Shippensburg University permission to bill your employer for the amount specified in the letter. You are required to pay at this time any amount not paid by your employer.
IMPORTANT: If your employer is paying for the course, please check the appropriate option on the registration form, include the name of the employer, and return a copy of the invoice with the letter from your employer authorizing Shippensburg University to bill the employer. If the letter authorizing Shippensburg University to bill the employer is not available at the time of registration, please return the invoice, including the name of the employer, and then follow-up with the letter from the employer as soon as possible thereafter. You will not be scheduled for a course unless we have payment or know that the employer is paying.

Withdrawing from a Course:

Should you withdraw from any class, it is your responsibility to do so officially, whether or not you have ever attended that class. If you do not attend and do not withdraw, your name will remain on the class roll until the final grading period, you will receive a grade of “F” for the course, and you will be charged for the course.

The Tuition and Fees for Academic Year 2008-2009 (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) was set by the Board of Governors of the State System of Higher Education in July of 2008.  Tuition and fees for the Degree Completion Programs vary from those listed below.
