Schedule clean-up for undergraduate students will beginThursday, November 12th at 8:00 a.m. and end Friday, November 13th at 4:00 p.m. Graduate students may change their schedule beginning Monday, November 16th, 2009 through Monday, January 25th, 2010 by contacting the Registrar's Office.

Faculty will have their "grade sheets" available for the Fall 2009 semester through the Faculty Information System on Thursday, December 10th. Grades will be processed online. Grades are due Monday, December 21st at 11:55 PM.

Faculty may view their final exam schedules on the Class List link of the Faculty Information System. Any changes will be updated as received. If there are any problems, please contact the Registrar's Office at ext.1381.

After schedule adjustment, students may withdraw from classes with "W" grades by notifying the appropriate office. Undergraduate students meeting appropriate criteria may withdraw from a class online weekdays, between 8 AM and 8 PM. All other undergraduate students must personally visit their academic dean's office to process a withdrawal from class. Graduate students must contact the Registrar's Office to process a withdrawal from class. The deadline to withdraw from a class or the university and receive a "W" grade is 4 p.m. on Monday, November 9th, 2009. Students are responsible for any class(es) appearing on their schedule.
