Summer Undergraduate Scheduling

Undergraduate scheduling for summer (on-campus courses) will begin Monday, March 24th. Scheduling for on-line courses begins Monday, March 17th for all students. Scheduling online will be available as follows:

Fall Scheduling - March 24th-April 4th
Term III Scheduling - March 24th - April 16th
Term IV Scheduling - March 24th - May 5th
Term V Scheduling - March 24th - June 4th

Summer scheduling may be processed after the above dates by contacting the Registrar's Office at ext. 1136.

Starting March 3rd, students should check the course listings at info.ship.edu for the most up-to-date listing of available courses.

Grades

Grades for the summer terms are due on the following dates:

Term III - Tuesday, June 10th at 12:00 Noon

Term IV - Tuesday, July 15th at 3:00 p.m.

Term V - Monday, August 18th at 3:00 p.m.

Schedule Adjustment - Fall/Spring

Schedule Adjustment for undergraduate students begins Wednesday, August 20th according to the following schedule:

  • Wednesday, August 20th for returning seniors only
  • Thursday, August 21st for returning juniors
  • Friday, August 22nd for returning sophomores and freshmen
  • Saturday, August 23rd, for all students except new freshmen

    • New freshmen are not permitted to schedule adjust. Schedule adjustment ends on Friday, August 29th at 4:00 p.m.

    The hours for web schedule adjustment are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the last day of schedule adjustment.

    Graduate Students may change their schedule or add courses by contacting the Registrar's Office any time between Monday, July 28th through August 29th. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling.
