News and Information Final Exams Summer Undergraduate Scheduling Fall Scheduling - March 24th-April 4th Summer scheduling may be processed after the above dates by contacting the Registrar's Office at ext. 1136. Starting March 3rd, students should check the course listings at info.ship.edu for the most up-to-date listing of available courses. Faculty may view their final exam schedules on the Class List link of the Faculty Information System. Any changes will be updated as received. If there are any problems, please contact the Registrar's Office at ext.1381.

Undergraduate scheduling for summer (on-campus courses) will begin Monday, March 24th. Scheduling for on-line courses begins Monday, March 17th for all students. Scheduling online will be available as follows:
Term III Scheduling - March 24th - April 16th
Term IV Scheduling - March 24th - May 5th
Term V Scheduling - March 24th - June 4th

Faculty will have their "grade sheets" available for the spring semester through the Faculty Information System on Friday, May 2nd. All grades will be processed online. Grades are due Thursday, May 15 at 3 PM.
