Passport Information
As noted on the U.S. State Department’s website, processing times for passports are exceeding 10 weeks and therefore, it is essential that you apply for your passport many weeks in advance of needing it.
It is recommend that if you want to study abroad during the spring 2009 that you apply for your passport prior to the beginning of the fall semester 2008. Students studying abroad in summer or fall 2009 should also apply for their passport in advance of needing it.
It is the student's responsibility to acquire a passport and a visa if required by the country of travel. Please contact the office if you have questions about passports/visas.
