The Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Special Education Certification program prepares you to teach in both a mathematics classroom and a special education classroom, giving you great flexibility in career options.

As a traditional math teacher, your advanced training on special needs children and Individual Education Plans will make you invaluable to employers.

In addition to required general education requirements, you must complete:

  • Core mathematics courses (33 credits)
  • Secondary education certification courses (45 credits)
  • Special education courses (21 credits)
