Please provide the student's Shippensburg University ID (SU ID) number in all emails (not the SSN). We cannot respond to emails that do not identify the student by the SU ID number.

The Student Accounts Office handles all billing questions, including meal plan changes and refunds. Contact Student Accounts at (717) 477-1211 or studentaccts@ship.edu. Due to the high volume of calls received at certain times of the year, you may leave a message for Student Accounts. A staff member will return your call as soon as possible.
