Political Science Undergraduate Programs

Shippensburg University’s Department of Political Science offers five total undergraduate programs.

Majors

Political Science, B.A. – A Bachelor of Arts in Political Science prepares you for a variety of careers in government and government relations, as well as law or graduate school.

Political Science, International Concentration, B.A. – A Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an International Concentration prepares you for a variety of careers in areas like law, public sector government relations and the Department of Defense.

Public Service, B.S. – The Bachelor of Science in Public Service provides you with the professional skills for careers in government and other public sector agencies.

Minors

Political Science Minor – Students with intended career paths that involve governmental policy, relations or regulation would especially benefit from pursuing a Political Science Minor.

Public Service Minor – The Public Service Minor is ideal for students looking for careers in government and other public sector agencies.
