The fall 2014 schedule adjustment period begins
August 1 for all undergraduate students, except new undergraduate freshmen. New
undergraduate freshmen who do not create a schedule during June orientation
will have a schedule prepared for them. Those students will receive a
billing notification at their Shippensburg University e-mail account when
schedules are complete. At the bottom of this notification, these
students are instructed to review their schedule. New undergraduate
freshmen are not permitted to adjust their schedule. If there is an
extenuating circumstance that requires schedule adjustment, students are to
contact their academic dean's office to request permission. New
undergraduate transfers who do not schedule during June orientation will
receive a communication from their department/Dean’s office with instructions
on how to build their schedule starting August 1st through the schedule
adjustment period via myShip.
The drop/add period
ends on Tuesday, September 2, at 4 p.m. During the schedule adjustment period, the supported hours for
web schedule adjustment are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through
