Prospective students who have been offered admissions or have already confirmed their intent to attend Shippensburg University will have access to the SAP Student Portal to review financial aid information. To access this portal, you are required to have a valid userid and set your initial password.

Log on Instructions

Applicants who have never logged into the Ship Student Information System (info.ship.edu)
Current students and confirmed applicants who have previously logged into the Ship Student Information System (info.ship.edu)

You have received an offered admissions letter OR you have confirmed (paid deposit), but have never logged into SIS (info.ship.edu)

  1. Select application status on left side navigation menu of the Admissions page
  2. Enter your Social Security Number with or without dashes
  3. Enter your Date of Birth with or without dashes as month-day-year: MM-DD-YYY
  4. Click Login button when completed
  5. Select get userid on left side navigation menu
  6. Create initial password
  7. Select SAP Student portal on left side navigation menu for access to financial aid information
  1. Go to SAP Student Portal
  2. Log on using your full Ship email address and password
    Example:
    Username: ab1234@ship.edu
    Password: ********

 

 

 

 

Forgot your Password?
Log on to the Student Information System and reset your password.

NOTE: Please note that offered applicants are given a userid that resembles an email address. This userid is not an email address until you send in your confirmation to attend Shippensburg University. You can not send or receive email using this userid. After your admission is confirmed by paying an initial deposit, your userid becomes your official Shippensburg University email address and Student Information System log on.
