Graduate Commencement Ceremony and Reception RSVP

Faculty Members,

You’re invited to participate in the Graduate Commencement Ceremony and Reception on Friday, December 14th. The ceremony will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the H. Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center, and the reception will follow immediately after in the Tuscarora Room, Reisner Dining Hall. If you wish to process and sit on stage on the evening of the 14th, it will be important for you to RSVP by November 19th and to assemble in the LPAC backstage area by 6:30 p.m. on December 14th to pick up your instruction card and find your place in the processional line.  

Students will be picking up their processional cards and lining up at the Ship Rec Center and then processing to their seats in the front, center section of the auditorium.

RSVP by Monday, November 19, by submitting the information below.  We will list your name in the Commencement Program if you will be hooding students and if information is received by the 19th.   

A practice session has been scheduled for Thursday, December 13, at 1:00 in the LPAC. The session is not mandatory but is recommended for first-time faculty participants.
