Reach Out: The Shippensburg University Honors Program's Literacy and Leadership Initiative in the Dominican Republic
Reach Out is an Honors service-learning project that provides curricular materials and support for the Pathways of Learning School in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic. 
Each year, Honors students and faculty travel to Santo Domingo to implement new curricular materials and work with teachers and students at the school. Learn more about the project by exploring the links on our website.
Our mission is to support both domestic and international educational programs through establishing local partnerships while emphasizing cultural understanding.
