Apartment Housing 2013-2014 (9 month continuous occupancy)

Returning housing students can select an apartment (room) during the online housing lotteries held Monday February 11, 2013 to Friday, February 15, 2013. One, two, and four bedroom apartment will be offered at the same time. Students must fill the apartment.
Students will follow these steps.
1) Sign an agreement and pay the $200 deposit.
2) Match with other roommates. You can look for roommates throught RoomSync. You must mutually match each other.
3) Select an apartment. Lottery times will be awarded based on cumulative credits earned as of the previous semester. The first member of the group of matching roommates to select will bring all matching roommates into the selected assignment. Room selections are final.
The following unit types will be available:
- 1 Bedroom Apartment (1 double*) [2 apartments]
- Cost Estimate**: $3400 per student per semester
- This apartment features a double room containing the following moveable furniture: 2 adjustable-height, bunkable twin beds, 2 dressers, 2 desks and 2 desk chairs. Each resident will have a closet. The apartment bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, storage space and mirror. The apartment kitchen has refrigerator, cooktop and oven. There is also a common area with living room furniture. The apartment is air conditioned.
- 2 Bedroom Apartment (2 doubles*) [51 apartments]
- Cost Estimate**: $2360 per student per semester
- This apartment features 2 double rooms each containing the following moveable furniture: 2 adjustable-height, bunkable twin beds, 2 dressers, 2 desks and 2 desk chairs. Each resident will have a closet. The apartment bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, storage space and mirror. The apartment kitchen has refrigerator, cooktop and oven. There is also a common area with living room furniture. The apartment is air conditioned.
- 4 Bedroom Apartment (4 singles*) [6 apartments]
- Cost Estimate**: $3400 per student per semester
- This apartment features 4 single rooms each containing the following moveable furniture: an adjustable-height, bunkable twin bed, dresser, desk and desk chair. Each resident will have a closet. The apartment bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, storage space and mirror. The apartment kitchen has refrigerator, cooktop and oven. There is also a common area with living room furniture. The apartment is air conditioned.
The cost will include utilities.
