Add or Change a Meal Plan Online

If you would like to choose a meal plan, change your meal plan, or add flex dollars to your account, you can make these changes online by following the simple steps below.

  1. Go to myShip. Login using your Ship email and password
  2. Go to Student
  3. Choose Paying for College in the drop-down menu
  4. Click on View/Change Meal Plan
  5. You should be on the MyHousing page
  6. Click on Dining in the navigation page
  7. Choose the semester you wish to add a meal plan. Select A New Dining Plan should be displayed in the drop-down box. Click Continue
  8. Click on the drop-down arrow under Edit My Dining Plan to choose your meal plan
  9. Click Submit My Dining Plan Selection
  10. You will see your meal plan under the semester section of the page

  3. Choose Paying for College in the drop-down menu
  4. Click on View/Change Meal Plan
  5. You should be at the MyHousing page
  6. Click on Dining in the navigation page
  7. Choose the semester you wish to change your meal plan. Choose Change Your Dining Plan in the drop-down box. Click Continue
  8. Click on the drop-down arrow under Edit My Dining Plan to change your meal plan
  9. Click Submit My Dining Plan Selection
  10. The dining plan you selected will display under the semester section of the page

  2. Go to Student
  3. Choose Paying for College in the drop-down menu
  4. Click on View/Change Meal Plan
  5. You should be at the MyHousing page
  6. Click on Dining in the navigation page
  7. Choose the semester you wish to add flex. Choose Purchase Dining Points in the drop-down box. Click Continue
  8. Click on the drop-down arrow beside Number of Points to be Purchased and select the amount of flex dollars you want to add (Flex may be added in increments of $25.)
  9. Click Submit My Points Purchase
  10. A confirmation box will appear on the page
  1. Go to myShip. Login using your Ship email and password
  2. Go to Student
  3. Choose Paying for College in the drop-down menu
  4. Click on Account Information/Pay now and select the Term you want to view
  5. Click on Account Detail for Term
  6. Click on Pay Now
  7. You will be directed to Official Payments (credit card / E-payment vendor) to make your payment

Flex may be added online at any time throughout the semester. To activate your additional flex, you must pay for the flex or have financial aid to cover the cost. Flex can be added in increments of $25.

You can change your meal plan may online through the Sunday before the start of the semester. After the semester begins, you can only make changes to your meal plan through the Student Accounts Office. You can increase your meal plans any time during the semester. You are only permitted to decrease your meal plan through the 2nd week of the semester.
