Viewing & Changing Your Employee Information


The Human Resources Department maintains employee information two ways:


  • Employee Self Service (ESS).  ESS allows you to view your pay statement online, usually 4 days before paper copies are available. ESS lets you view up to the minute leave information, benefits information, and personal information such as Emergency Contact Information. At the present time, you can change Emergency Contact Information, Ethnicity Information, and Federal Tax Withholding (W-4).
(Employee & Approving Authority) 
  • Employee Information System (EIS) . EIS is used to maintain information found in the Campus Directory. EIS allows you to update your campus directory information such as:
    • Title (for example: Dr./Ms./Mr.)
    • Work Information (department name/location/phone number)
    • Home Information (address/phone number)
