News and Information Check Grades Summer Undergraduate Scheduling Fall Scheduling - March 24th-April 4th Summer scheduling may be processed after the above dates by contacting the Registrar's Office at ext. 1136. Starting March 3rd, students should check the course listings at info.ship.edu for the most up-to-date listing of available courses. Summer Graduate Scheduling Fall Scheduling - March 17th - June 27th Summer scheduling may be processed after the above dates by contacting the Registrar's Office at 717-477-1136. Fall Graduate Scheduling Schedule Adjustment - Fall/Spring New freshmen are not permitted to schedule adjust. Schedule adjustment ends on Friday, August 29th at 4:00 p.m. The hours for web schedule adjustment are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the last day of schedule adjustment. Graduate Students may change their schedule or add courses by contacting the Registrar's Office any time between Monday, July 28th through August 29th. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling. Students may check their grades through InfoShip. Choose "Registrar" menu, then look at your schedule or academic history. Summer Term III semester grades will be posted no earlier than Noon on Wednesday, June 11th.

Undergraduate scheduling for summer (on-campus courses) will begin Monday, March 24th. Scheduling for on-line courses begins Monday, March 17th for all students. Scheduling online will be available as follows:
Term III Scheduling - March 24th - April 16th
Term IV Scheduling - March 24th - May 5th
Term V Scheduling - March 24th - June 4th

Graduate scheduling for fall 2008 is now in process. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the registrar's office for assistance.Scheduling will end Friday, June 27th. Scheduling online will be available from 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for June 27th when it will end at 4:00 p.m. To schedule, go to https://info.ship.edu/student/app/login.pl. Bills will be mailed in mid July and are due Wednesday, August 6th. Students who do not return their bills will have their schedule canceled. Schedule adjustment must be done in the Registrar's Office (with payment due at the time) starting July 28th.

The application for graduation deadline for August Graduation is Friday, May 30, 2008. Once received, these applications will be reviewed by the appropriate academic dean's office. This process will require approximately 8 weeks after the due date for applications. You may check your application status through the Student Information System. Following approval, you will receive a letter from the Registrar's office with information about the commencement ceremony.
