University Work Request Policy
Work Requests may be submitted for Maintenance, Custodial or Grounds Services. Work requests are entered by Department Secretaries and Residence Hall Directors. If you have a login ID and Password for the webTMA Work Request System, click here. If you need to have a work request submitted and do not have a valid login and password, see your Department Secretary or Resident Director.
Energy Management for Special Events
For events scheduled outside the normal working hours for a building or space, Energy Management should be notified as soon as possible to allow modification of unoccupied settings of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Notification should be made at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Lighting requests can also be made to allow scheduling for the Robb Multi Use Field, Tennis Courts, and Student Recreation Area.
