Spring 2024
Incoming Students
Due to inclement weather, incoming First year and Transfer Students will now check in on Saturday, January 20 between 9:00AM - 3:00PM. Please check your Ship email for information about virtual orientation on Friday, January 19 from 1PM - 3PM.
Returning Students
Arrive on Saturday, January 20, 2024 and Sunday, January 21 between 9:00AM - 7:00PM. This timing is not affected by Friday's weather.
Mowrey Hall Graduate Students
Saturday, January 20 between 9:00AM - 3:00PM
Fall 2024
Incoming Students

Arrival Dates and Check-In Times

When You Arrive (These guidelines are subject to change.)
- Pull your vehicle into a designated unloading zone near your hall.
- Unload your belongings at the curb and have someone move your vehicle to a nearby lot.
- Orientation personnel will be available to assist moving your belongings into the building.
- Report to the check-in location in your hall's lobby.
- Receive your keys, Room Condition Report, and other check-in materials.
