Computer Lab
The Graphic Design Lab is located on the third floor of the Huber Art Center, studio 310.
About the Lab
The lab functions as both a classroom for all Graphic Design courses and as a place for students, enrolled in art courses, to work on studio assignments. The lab is open only to art students and students who are enrolled in at least one art studio course. There are a total of 20 student workstations in each lab, and one system for the professor during class. All of the Lab's systems are high definition widescreen Apple iMacs.
Students are free to bring in their laptop to use as there is direct connectivity, via a network cable, to the lab's network resources.
Lab Hours
See the lab for posted current hours. The lab is staffed with knowledgeable student assistants.
The lab is closed when classes are in session and when the university is closed. This includes inclement weather and all holidays/breaks.
Printers
In addition to the workstations, the lab is equipped with a full color laser printer and a black and white laser proofing printer.
A HP z3100ps GP wide-format printer capable of producing high resolution prints 44" wide and many feet in length, is also available.
