Major Scholarships and Fellowships

Shippensburg Honors students have a strong record of winning major national scholarships and fellowships. Our students have won the Goldwater Scholarship, U.S. State Department Critical Languages Scholarship, Fulbright Program awards, and the National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship. Our national scholarship recipients include:

  • Reece Dolbin, Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, Columbia, 2019-2020

  • Shelby Coghill, Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, Columbia, 2018-2019

  • Tristan Phillips, Goldwater Scholarship, 2017-2018

  • Curtis Rabe, Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, Germany, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018

  • Ethan Goldbach, Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, Malaysia, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 and the U.S. State Department Critical Languages Scholarship

  • Kelsey Mengle, National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship

  • Jennifer Bly, Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, Uruguay, 2008-2009
