Martin Luther King Academic Retention Program

The Mission of the Martin Luther King (MLK) Academic Retention Program was to create an academically rooted learning community for regularly admitted students. This program targeted students of color, students who may be first in their family to attend college, and those who may have an economic need.

As this program grew, we found a need to expand it to add in professional staff to support this program. While this program distinctly is not still running, our Student Success Coaches are continuing this work with students across campus with the same mission, the overall success of students.
