I-20 Shipping Options for International Students
Shippensburg University mails I-20 forms and
visa instructions via United States Postal Service (USPS) Express
International. Once admitted, to receive your I-20 forms and instructions you must first submit your Enrollment
Confirmation Deposit/ I-20. Once the deposit is received and processed,
admission packages are mailed within 5-7 business days. The standard delivery
time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the country it is being shipped to.
If you wish to have your admissions package
expedited to you, delivered within 2 to 3 days, you have the option to pay for
expedited shipping. Shippensburg University does not pay for this service, but
you can pay for express mail using an on-line service that will allow you to
receive your immigration documents through an express mail carrier. You must
use the website provided below—
A Student ID is not required to complete this
– simply put in all “0”s (zeros). You
will need to create a user name and password to set up an account. Then, carefully
select Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania—International Programs Office as
the university and office you wish to initiate a shipment. You will also need
your mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information
to complete this on-line request.
You may request a shipment either to your
foreign address, or to a U.S. contact address. If your documents will be sent
to a U.S. contact address, please include the name of the person at that
address. Pay close attention to the information submitted if any errors in the
credit card information or submitting incorrect or incomplete address
information will result in a delay in the mailing of your documents. Note: P.O. Box
addresses are generally not preferred by express carriers. If entering a P.O.
Box address, be sure you provide the complete physical address where the PO Box
is located in order to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
