One major concern of Etter Health Center is illness prevention. The college experience demands a great deal from you, and it may wear you down physically and emotionally. We are aware of the pressures, frustrations, and tensions you face and the affect they have on your health. For the first time you alone are responsible for eating right, getting enough sleep, studying, and balancing all these new situations. We are here to help you adjust -- even if all you need is someone to talk to.
