• Closets are built-in; desks w/chairs, beds, and dressers are portable

• Beds have an adjustable height of multiple positions between 14 and 28 inches from the floor.

• Each suite may have no more than three 4.6 cubic feet refrigerators drawing less than three amps each. Refrigerators must carry UL approval, be positioned to allow adequate ventilation, and be connected directly into a wall socket or power strip with a circuit breaker.
• Additional couches are not allowed in Seavers.
• Shower curtains(full size) and cleaning supplies are not provided.  Toilet paper is provided. 

• Vending machines located in the common area lounge.

• The machines will operate either with value placed on the student ID card or by using coins.
• Ironing boards are available in each hall. Students must bring their own irons.
